Each member of Lady White Glove's team is thoroughly trained in our systems, products, and equipment, and is bonded and insured. GETTING STARTED
The Lady White Glove system of establishing and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene has three steps.
CONSULTATION
Lady White Glove is proud to offer free in-home consultations. Every space cleaned by Lady White Glove is unique. With this in mind, we are more than happy to adapt our housekeeping services to accommodate your specific needs. A housekeeping consultation allows you the opportunity to have any questions answered about our services. During the consultation, we will assess which service fits your requirements and budget best. We will also outline the daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance routine.
SPRING CLEAN
Depending on your initial assessment, a spring clean may be the first step in establishing your ongoing home cleaning routine. If it's not required, we will get straight on to your usual cleaning plan. Following this first clean, we will discuss with you any amendments that may be required for your plan.
MAINTENANCE
Your customized janitorial maintenance plan begins right away. We will ensure the plan continues to meet your needs, and modify the plan to accommodate changes if required.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD PACKAGE?
CLEANING & TIDYING UP
Standard Package is a guarantee for a clean and tidy home. The list below details all areas covered and duties included on a weekly basis:
All rooms:
- Dusting all surfaces: skirting boards, staircase, door frames, picture frames, switches, blinds, handles, shelves, tables and lamps
- Cleaning mirrors, windows & window sills
- Puffing sofa's, vacuuming under cushions, under sofa (if possible) & under rugs
- Emptying all the bins
- Vacuuming & Mopping
Kitchen:
- Wiping and disinfecting all surface tops
- Wiping and cleaning cupboards, oven and fridge surfaces
- Wiping and cleaning toaster, kettle, bin (including inside if needed) and walls surrounding
- Cleaning the cooker, microwave, and the sink (maintenance for limescale/stains)
- Cleaning the windows & window sills
- Emptying of bins
- Vacuuming & Mopping
Bathroom:
- Cleaning all surfaces tops, mirrors, windows, window sills, toilets, showers, tubs, drain wastes, basin, wall tiles, and heater rails
- Removing excess limescale & maintaining toilet bowl
- Emptying of bins, vacuuming & mopping

CLEANING, TIDYING UP, IRONING & LAUNDRY
With Deluxe Package you will benefit from:
- Thorough cleaning & tidying up of the whole house on the weekly basis (accordingly to the standard package duties)
- Changing linens
- Laundering
- Ironing
- A once a month deep clean fitted into your schedule, which will cover: oven clean, fridge clean, inside cupboards clean or any other area that needs a little bit more time and attention. Deep clean will be conducted in rotation on a monthly basis

OVERALL HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT
Premium package offers more personalised service's schedule as well as additional services. Including all deluxe duties that will be covered in this package, you will also benefit from:
- Last minute one-off calls - additional slot whenever needed (including weekends), booked within 24 hours advance. As a priority customer we will make sure to be there for you in emergency situation
- Shopping
- Collecting packages
- Dry cleaning visits
- Light cooking / preparing food
- Organization in walk-in wardrobes, inside the cupboards - wherever needed
- House sitting - if you're not home we would be delighted to look after it, feed and walk your pet, and make sure that someone is in when a delivery is scheduled and needed to be accepted
- 24/7 housesitting when you are on holiday
Becoming a premium customer comes with a variety of additional requests. In this respect we are always willing to consider your special requirements

If you're looking for piece of mind and don't want to stress about finding the right products on the day we are happy to provide effective eco-friendly suite of cleaning products for each of your scheduled cleans. We believe that leaving a home spotless doesn't mean that we have to harm the environment. The products we use are 100% natural, non-hazardous, non-toxic and enhanced with essential oils.
